NB-45 Nitrogen Gas Booster (Intensifier) Pump for high pressure aircraft strut and tire nitrogen service carts.

Gas bottles only supply enough gas until the system equalizes. Sometimes there may be up to 1000 psi of unused gas. Don’t give back the product you have already paid for. By using our nitrogen booster, nitrogen bottles can now be pumped down to 200 psi. Cost savings on gas pays for the booster. Nitrogen can be transferred to another low pressure bottle or directly into the aircraft. The unit is designed to be mounted on a wall, bench or on a portable bottle cart, so it can be taken to the aircraft. Operates by 100 psi shop air, integral 100 psi nitrogen regulator and/or an optional nitrogen drive regulator. Booster cycles automatically to boost low-pressure nitrogen to high pressure. Regulator on inlet gas is required, at 3000 psi maximum inlet pressure.

All NB-45 boosters supplied by AERO Specialties include part number 08291402 N2 booster mounting fitting kit (used to field install NB-45 booster outlet connections).
